CarPlay touch screens

Portable touch screens add CarPlay and Android Auto to a vehicle without replacing the factory head unit. CARABC titles three sizes: a 7 inch wireless CarPlay and Android Auto touch screen, a 7 inch portable screen whose title adds magnetic connectivity wording, a 9 inch wireless touch screen, and a 9.3 inch wireless touch screen whose title includes IPS wording. The 9.3 inch listing also carries a variant option described as equipped with rear camera; that option belongs to the 9.3 inch listing only, and fitment and installation for the variant need to be confirmed for your vehicle.

Buyers usually choose between this portable route and a vehicle-specific screen upgrade kit. The portable screens are titled by size rather than by vehicle, so the confirmation questions are about the dashboard position, the connection to the phone and any existing system in the vehicle. Sizes across the portable and motorcycle ranges are compared in the screen size comparison.

Sizes published in the titles

Size	Listing
7 inch	Wireless CarPlay and Android Auto touch screen; portable screen with magnetic connectivity wording
9 inch	Wireless CarPlay and Android Auto touch screen
9.3 inch	Wireless CarPlay and Android Auto IPS touch screen, with a rear-camera variant option

For vehicles that already have wired CarPlay, a wireless adapter may be the smaller change. See the full range on the home page.
